1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the RXIMED website or authorised product features, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented for a specific service.
2. Platform role
RXIMED provides software used to support healthcare operations and patient journeys. It does not replace professional medical judgement, diagnosis or treatment decisions made by qualified healthcare professionals.
3. Authorised use
Users must access only the workspaces, information and functions they are authorised to use. Account credentials must not be shared in a way that bypasses role-based access or security controls.
4. Patient and operational information
Healthcare organisations and authorised users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into the platform is accurate, lawful and appropriate for the purpose for which it is used.
5. Payments
Where payment functionality is enabled, transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment availability, settlement, refunds and provider-specific terms may apply separately.
6. Availability and changes
Features may be updated, improved, suspended or changed over time. Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
7. Prohibited activity
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, misuse patient information, disrupt service operation, introduce malicious code or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The RXIMED brand, software, interface design, platform content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights except where expressly stated otherwise.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided subject to reasonable limitations of liability and without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in a separate written commercial agreement.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as the product, commercial model or legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
